Global Security Operations Centre Operator (GSOC)
Sydney | Full-Time | 24/7 Rotating Roster
We're looking for a GSOC Operator to join a high-performing security operations team supporting high-profile individuals, families, executives and organisations across Australia and internationally.
This is not a traditional monitoring centre role.
You'll be responsible for coordinating incidents, supporting security personnel, monitoring security systems, managing client requests and tracking emerging threats in real time.
Working as part of a 24/7 Global Security Operations Centre, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients and operational teams receive timely, accurate and professional support.
This role would suit someone with a background in customer service, call centres, concierge services, emergency services, control rooms or security operations who is comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and working a rotating roster, including night shifts.
What You'll Do
Monitor CCTV, alarms and access control systems.
Coordinate responses to incidents and operational requirements.




Support security field teams and maintain operational communications.
Manage client requests, calls, emails and radio traffic.
Escalate incidents and support crisis management processes.
Monitor and assess emerging security threats, incidents and global events through OSINT and other intelligence sources.
Produce intelligence alerts and incident updates for internal teams and stakeholders.
Maintain records, logs and standard operating procedures.
What We're Looking For
Proactive, organised and able to remain calm under pressure.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptable and willing to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
NSW Security Licence, including Class 1E Monitoring Centre Operator.
Experience in a GSOC, SOC, Control Room or Alarm Monitoring Centre environment.
