and proceduresSupport incident investigations and corrective actionsDeliver on-site safety advice and guidance to client teamsAssist with management system development and continuous improvement initiativesPrepare audit reports and provide practical recommendationsBuild strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across multiple industriesWhat We're Looking For1–5 years' experience in a HSE, WHS, or Safety Advisor roleA Leading Hand, Supervisor, or Site Supervisor looking to transition into a career in Health & Safety (full training and mentoring provided)Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or higher)Robust understanding of Australian WHS legislationExperience conducting site inspections, audits, or compliance activitiesExcellent communication and report-writing skillsConfident working independently while managing multiple client sitesCurrent Driver's Licence
