As demand continues to grow, we're looking for another CEC Accredited Solar Electrician to join the team.
We're not chasing the cheapest jobs or trying to cram as many installs into a day as possible.
We're building a solar business that homeowners trust because every installation is completed to an exceptional standard.

This Role Is For You If...
You're a CEC Accredited Solar Electrician with residential installation experience.
You take genuine pride in your workmanship.
You get frustrated when corners are cut to save time.
You enjoy mentoring apprentices and leading by example.
You believe quality, compliance and customer experience should never be compromised.

What You'll Be Doing
Installing premium residential solar and battery systems.
Commissioning, testing and fault finding.
Leading and mentoring apprentices on site.
Delivering neat, compliant installations that reflect Oleada's high standards.




Providing an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
Helping shape the systems and standards of our growing solar division.
What You'll Need
This role is only open to CEC Accredited Solar Electricians.
Current Queensland Electrical Licence.
Current CEC Solar Accreditation (essential).
Current Driver's Licence.
White Card.
Residential solar installation experience.
Battery installation experience is highly regarded.
Excellent attention to detail.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
