Acting as a trusted advisor to customers, you will apply deep clinical knowledge and implementation expertise to design workflows, guide adoption, and deliver successful outcomes in complex healthcare environments.
This role is suited to senior clinicians or healthcare professionals with broad hospital experience who are passionate about improving healthcare through technology.Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation DeliveryDeliver end-to-end implementation activities in line with Altera's implementation methodologyConfigure systems and support solution deployment across multiple clinical and operational domainsLead discovery workshops and facilitate clinical design decisionsProvide go-live and activation support as requiredClinical Workflow & ConsultingApply strong clinical or hospital-based experience to advise on workflow design and optimisationTranslate customer requirements into practical system configurations and solutionsProvide expert guidance on implementation challenges and risk mitigationManage stakeholder expectations and influence decision makingStakeholder EngagementAct as a trusted advisor to clinical, operational, and technical stakeholdersLead and support client-facing sessions requiring strong communication and professional presenceCollaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure alignment across project phasesDelivery & QualityExecute assigned project tasks to agreed scope, timelines, and quality standardsIdentify risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriateContribute to continuous improvement of implementation processes and methodologiesProvide feedback to internal teams on product and delivery enhancementsKey Skills & ExperienceEssential7+ years' experience in acute hospital or healthcare environments.Clinical background in nursing, pharmacy, allied health or comparable healthcare disciplines.Demonstrated ability to influence clinical and operational stakeholders.Experience leading complex change, workflow redesign or service transformation initiatives.Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or fast-moving environments.DesirableExperience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systemsExposure to healthcare IT implementations or clinical systemsFamiliarity with Altera solutions or similar healthcare platformsPrior experience in workflow redesign or clinical transformation initiativesLocation & TravelHybrid working model, with encouragement to work from office where possibleOccasional travel required (typically a few times per year, depending on client location)Some client proximity travel may be required depending on project assignmentWhy Join UsThis is an opportunity to move beyond traditional clinical practice and apply your expertise in a broader, high-impact environment.
