In this role, you will be a point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their machinery and equipment needs are met efficiently and effectively.What you'll be doingSchedule and coordinate service and maintenance appointments for customer equipmentLiaise with the technical team to ensure timely and accurate diagnosis and resolution of customer issuesMaintain detailed records of all customer interactions and service workProvide regular updates to customers on the status of their equipment and work ordersSupport the wider team with administrative tasks as requiredWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a customer service or client-facing role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
