A growing property-focused law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their Melbourne CBD team.

This is an excellent prospect for a Conveyancer with 5 + years’ experience who is confident managing files end-to-end and looking to join a growing team with exposure to a broad range of property matters.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse conveyancing portfolio, including:
Managing conveyancing files from opening through to settlement
Handling residential and commercial property transactions
Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders
Preparing and reviewing conveyancing documentation
Managing deadlines and ensuring smooth progression of matters

About You

The ideal candidate will have:
5–10 years’ conveyancing experience
Solid end-to-end file management capability




Experience across residential and commercial property matters
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication and client management skills
The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities

What’s on Offer
Hybrid flexibility available
$80,000–$100,000 depending on experience
Exposure to a diverse range of property matters, including major development projects
