Strong communication and a customer-first mindset.Comfort with structured follow-ups and CRM usage.Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation.Nice to haveEnthusiasm for JDM/import vehicles and enthusiast customers.Basic understanding of finance/trade-ins (we can train).
Ability to film straightforward walkaround videos for customers.
