We're looking for experienced floor staff to join us for Friday and Saturday service.This is a casual, weekend-only role.
We are not offering full-time hours.The roleGreeting and seating guestsTaking orders, running food and beverageMaintaining the dining room to a fine-dine standardProcessing payments and closing out billsWhat we needProven experience in a similar quality-focused venue — you should already know how to carry three plates, transparent a table properly, and read a section without being toldFluent, confident spoken English.
You'll be describing French dishes, wine, and allergens to guests, so clear communication is essential to the roleGenuine attentiveness and composure under pressureExcellent presentation and hygieneComfortable with POS and ordering systemsAvailable Friday and Saturday evenings, every week!!
