it's a business where people stay and build long-term careers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of approximately 190 commercial, industrial and retail assetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenantsOversee lease administration, lease renewals and rent reviewsNegotiate leases and manage tenancy fit-outs and make-good worksCoordinate maintenance and oversee contractor performanceManage rental arrears, outgoing reconciliations and lease breachesPrepare client reports, budgets and capital expenditure forecastsConduct regular property inspectionsLiaise with solicitors, valuers, insurers and leasing agentsDrive portfolio performance and achieve operational KPIsAdditional Earning Potential:In addition to your salary package, you'll have the opportunity to earn circa $30,000 per year in commissions through:Leasing renewalsLease attendance and preparation feesSales and leasing referralsNew business generationBringing your realistic OTE up to approximately $170k.What You'll NeedPrevious Commercial Property Management experienceCurrent NSW Real Estate LicenceStrong knowledge of commercial lease administrationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailCurrent driver's licence and reliable vehicle
