Picton Psychology is a well-established private practice delivering high-quality, evidence-based psychological care across a range of referral pathways.Our multidisciplinary team of Clinical Psychologists, Registered Psychologists, Mental Health Social Workers and Psychotherapists are recognised for ethical, client-centred practice and strong clinical governance.
We work with both adolescents and adults and are known for fostering genuine therapeutic relationships within a supportive and collaborative team environment.The Opportunity:We are seeking a Registered Psychologist, Provisional Psychologist, or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker to join our growing practice in Picton.Flexible Work Structure:Start from two days per week, with the opportunity to increase as your caseload growsAccess to consistent referral pathways to support gradual caseload growthThis role is clinic-based and suited to clinicians who value in-person therapeutic engagement, professional collaboration, and being part of an active practice environmentWhy Join Picton Psychology?

and group facilitation roles for senior and experienced cliniciansInvolvement in our evidence-based Group Workshop Programs, including:Mood & Anxiety ProgramBurnout to Balance WorkshopProfessional Environment: Work alongside experienced clinicians in a supportive, team-oriented cultureLifestyle Location: Enjoy working in Picton, a relaxed, community-focused setting within easy reach of Campbelltown and Greater SydneyKey Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality psychological assessment and therapy in line with ethical and professional standardsDevelop and implement individualised, evidence-based treatment plans and clinical formulationsMaintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation and reportsCollaborate with internal clinicians and external stakeholders (GPs, insurers, NDIS providers, and case managers)Participate in team meetings, and professional development activitiesWhere interested, contribute to group programs, workshops, and clinical leadership initiativesQualifications and Requirements:Current AHPRA registration as a Psychologist (Registered or Provisional), orAASW registration as a Mental Health Social Worker.Eligibility for a Medicare Provider NumberStrong clinical skills in assessment, formulation, and evidence-based interventionExcellent communication and professional engagement skillsAbility to work independently within a multidisciplinary private practice settingABN/ACN and Professional Indemnity InsuranceCurrent Working with Children Check and National Police CheckJoin Picton Psychology and be part of a practice that values clinical excellence, collaboration, and meaningful client outcomes.
