Additionally, you'll:Coordinate site walk-ups, planning activities and project scoping to support construction deliverySupervise subcontractors and site crews to ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with approved plansUndertake site inspections, compliance checks and critical control verifications across active work sitesLiaise with Site Engineers to coordinate materials,



resolve site constraints and maintain project progressPromote a positive safety-first culture focused on accountability, quality and continuous improvementAbout YouDemonstrated experience in site supervision and managing subcontractors within construction, telecommunications or civil environmentsPrevious experience delivering telecommunications, NBN or civil infrastructure projects highly regardedAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and Before You Dig Australia (BYDA) documentationStrong understanding of safety, quality and compliance requirements in a field-based environmentProficiency using Microsoft Office applicationsBased in Canberra or willing to relocateAbout VentiaAs a leading services provider, we maintain, operate, and manage the essential infrastructure that makes modern life possible across Australia and New Zealand.
