Temporary Accounts Receivable Associate | Part time | BelroseLooking for a role that fits around your life?
This one's flexible, close to home if you're on the Northern Beaches, and comes with a great team behind it.We're on the hunt for an experienced Accounts Receivable Associate to join a high-performing, global medical devices business based in Belrose, supporting their Finance team through a busy stretch from August **** to April ****.
This is a part-time, temporary role (3-4 days per week, onsite) perfect if you're after that better work-life balance without stepping away from meaningful, hands-on finance work.What you'll be doing:Keeping on top of outstanding receivables and following up overdue accountsApplying customer payments and reconciling accountsChasing down billing discrepancies, short payments and credit issuesHelping pull together monthly AR aging reports and collection updatesSupporting month-end close, including AR reconciliations and reportingKeeping AR records neat,
accurate and audit-readyWorking closely with internal teams to sort out customer queriesJumping into ad-hoc tasks — audit support, projects, manual payment processingWhat you'll bring:A Diploma in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent tertiary study)At least 3 years' experience in Accounts Receivable or similarConfident across the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)Experience with an ERP system such as Oracle or SAPThe ability to work independently and pick things up quicklyImmediate availability — this one's ready to go!
