This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality qualified looking to take the next step in their leadership career within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.About the RoleAs a Gaming Team Leader, you will lead from the front, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while supporting the day-to-day operations of one of the Club's busiest departments.You will play a key role in developing team capability, driving operational excellence and fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.We're currently seeking both Full Time and Part Time Gaming Team Leaders to join our high-performing team.Key responsibilities include:Leading, coaching and supporting team members to deliver outstanding customer serviceSupervising daily Gaming operations and ensuring service standards are consistently achievedProviding ongoing training, feedback and development opportunities to team membersManaging floor operations, delegating tasks and responding to customer and operational needsEnsuring operational procedures, reporting requirements and clearance processes are completed accuratelyMaintaining compliance with Gaming regulations, Club policies and workplace proceduresResolving customer and team concerns professionally and efficientlyPromoting a positive,



collaborative and high-performance team cultureSupporting a safe and secure environment for members, guests and employeesAbout YouYou are a confident hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing people while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You have strong operational knowledge, excellent communication skills and a hands-on leadership style that inspires those around you.To be successful in this role, you will have:Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a Gaming, Hospitality or Club environmentStrong knowledge of Gaming operations and relevant legislationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to lead, coach and motivate a teamStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and strong organisational capabilitiesA valid NSW Competency CardImmaculate personal presentation and professional standardsFlexibility to work a rotating roster across days, nights, weekends and public holidaysWhy Join Us?
