Full Time role.What you'll be doingGreeting and welcoming patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impressionScheduling and managing patient appointments, including follow-up calls and remindersHandling patient enquiries and providing exceptional customer serviceMaintaining accurate medical records and filing patient documentationAssisting with general administrative tasks such as data entry and inventory managementDemonstrating a professional and empathetic approach when interacting with patientsWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a medical/healthcare receptionist or administrative roleStrong communication and interpersonal skills,
