You will be driven to maximise the performance of the property portfolio by working with owners, landlords and investors to develop and implement commercial property management solutions that enhance value and increase efficiency.The role:Working alongside an experienced property management leaderAccountable for the overall performance of the propertiesResponsible to deliver property management services including tenant liaison, lease administration and occupancy issuesMonitor financial transactions and prepare detailed monthly reports to the client.Prepare an annual business strategy plan on all aspects of the management to the clientEnsure all files of the property/portfolio are maintainedMaintain a current an accurate tenancy scheduleMaintain close liaison with the owner, occupiers, and operational personnel with reference to a variety of requirementsAssist in the administration of all leases to ensure compliance by owners and tenantsWhat you'll need to succeed:A property related qualification and proven experience in property management working with large property portfolios or assets consisting of office, retail and/or industrial assetsExperience within lease administration and renewal negotiationsCurrent NSW drivers license and vehicleA customer focused approach and the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholdersExcellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects within tight time framesWhy CBRE?
