Instead, you'll lead the delivery of programs that build organisational capability, embed responsible AI practices and prepare the workforce to confidently adopt emerging technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead projects focused on AI capability uplift, organisational readiness and workforce developmentDevelop evidence-based business cases supporting responsible AI adoption and capability investmentCoordinate learning, capability, organisational development and change initiatives across multiple business areasManage project plans, milestones, risks, issues and dependenciesPrepare executive reports,



briefings and governance papersEngage and collaborate with business leaders, learning specialists, technology teams and senior stakeholdersAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Minimum 5 years' project management experience delivering complex, multi-stream initiativesExperience leading organisational development, capability uplift, learning or workforce transformation programsStrong understanding of change management, organisational readiness and employee adoptionExposure to AI, digital capability uplift, learning strategies or emerging technology adoption programsThe ability to translate ambiguity into practical delivery plans and compelling business casesExcellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with experience working alongside senior leadershipIf you're passionate about helping organisations build the skills, capability and confidence to embrace AI and emerging technologies, we'd love to hear from you.
