1 BRISBANE BASED and 1 TOWNVILLE BASED
We are seeking experienced Site Managers to join a successful and highly regarded construction contractor delivering projects across Queensland.
With a strong reputation across defence, commercial, and industrial sectors, our team specialises in technically challenging, high-compliance environments including remote locations.

The Role
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects ranging from $1M to $8M, ensuring safety, quality, and program objectives are consistently achieved.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing client project sites to meet their operational and compliance requirements
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard
Maintaining site safety compliance in line with OH&S; requirements
Monitoring works and conducting regular quality inspections
Managing and updating construction programs, schedules, and daily site activities




Proactively identifying and resolving on-site challenges
Coordinating subcontractors and managing construction sequencing
Engaging with key stakeholders to ensure project success
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor
Experience on Defence projects (highly regarded)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to operate as a key member of a project team
Solid understanding of construction methodology and subcontractor management
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple trades and meet deadlines
Strong focus on site safety and quality control
