Leading the Maintenance Team, you will skilfully manage resources and employ your expertise to consistently achieve top-notch performance and safety standards day in and day out.Primary ResponsibilitiesIgnite the Maintenance Team's motivation and inspiration, keeping the property humming with efficiencyForge robust partnerships with all departments on property to tackle challenges togetherBe the hero on call for emergency maintenance even beyond regular hours – handling power failures, fire system resets, and mechanical meltdownsEffective communication at all levels, from the General Manager,
