Are you an experienced manufacturing leader ready to lead a large-scale, fast-paced food manufacturing operation?
Tip Top Bakeries is seeking an exceptional Site Operations Manager to lead our Chullora site, overseeing a workforce of 300+ employees and a leadership team of 7 direct reports.
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will have end-to-end accountability for site performance across safety, operations, food safety, maintenance, warehousing and distribution.

Purpose of the Role
Lead all site operations to achieve safety, quality, service and financial targetsDrive a positive safety culture and continue the focus on eliminating critical risksChampion food safety and quality standards across the siteLead, coach and develop a team of experienced operational leadersFoster a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvementManage site budgets, productivity initiatives and capital projectsPartner with national supply chain and functional teams to deliver business outcomesBuild organisational capability and develop future leadership talentLead change initiatives while maintaining strong employee engagement
About You
You are an authentic and credible leader with a proven track record in large-scale food manufacturing environments.
You'll bring:
Significant senior operations leadership experience within FMCG food manufacturing environmentExperience leading large,
complex manufacturing sites and multi-disciplinary teamsDemonstrated success driving operational excellence, cultural improvement and business performanceStrong safety, quality and food manufacturing knowledgeExceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skillsThe ability to navigate change and bring people with youStrong commercial acumen and experience managing operational budgetsA genuine passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
