leadership and reinforcement communications.Blueprint phase change & communication deliverablesRequired SkillsPROSCI or equivalent Change Management certification.Proven Organisational Change Management experience.Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience.Proven experience leading change across large transformation, shared services, GBS, Finance or HR programmes.Proven capability in change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training and adoption.Strong workshop facilitation and executive communication skills.Ability to operate independently in a complex, fast-paced setting.Retail or consumer industry experience would be advantageousERP, operating model, outsourcing or managed services transformation experience.Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
