What you'll be doing:
Preparing detailed estimates from initial scope through to bid submission
Allocating resources and equipment across multiple operational divisions
Attending client tender reviews, site walks, and engineering meetings
Ensuring all estimates and documents meet company standards
Keeping stakeholders and management across progress, issues, and wins
What we're looking for:
Relevant trade certification or equivalent experience
Familiarity with workshop and site environments
Strong understanding of Australian welding standards
Proven experience in estimating or a related role
Sharp analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
Strong communication, planning, and time-management
Proficiency in estimating and project management software
Highly desirable: Tertiary qualifications and/or previous dedicated Estimator experience.
