That means leading multi-discipline projects from brief to delivery, managing client relationships directly,



and providing technical oversight and mentoring to the engineers around you.Day to day you will be designing mechanical systems across a range of sectors, coordinating across MEP disciplines, and showing up in client meetings with the confidence to represent the business well.
You will also have a hand in proposals and pursuits as Brisbane continues to grow.This is not a heads-down delivery role.
