We have a fantastic opportunity for a Practice Nurse (Registered Nurse) to join our team at SmartClinics Manunda.We are open to this role being on a Part Time (minimum 3 days per week) or Full Time basis to suit your needs and work-life balance.Our ideal candidate will have experience with Chronic Disease Management and strong interpersonal skills.
They will need to be highly motivated with a sound background in patient care, and be able to adapt to an ever-changing environment and industry.Nursing tasks are wide-ranging and examples include:Chronic Disease ManagementTriage and management of acutely unwell patientsImmunisations of children and adultsWound careHealth assessments including workplace medicalsAssisting with minor proceduresResults notification and patient educationCold chain managementRequirements:Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is essentialAbility to work Full Time across Monday to Friday (our clinic hours are 8am-5pm with work hours to be discussed with the candidate) - no nights or weekends!
Previous experience working in general practice and/or emergency preferableThe ability to work both independently when required and cohesively within a team environmentA warm and friendly personality with a commitment to working as a part of a team of professionalsDedication to the provision of the highest standard of nursing careExceptional attention to detailProficient computer skills (experience with Best Practice not essential but highly regarded)Strong communication and time management skillsWe look forward to welcoming a like-minded nurse to our team.
