Ensure safe,



timely delivery of goods to customer.
Ensure all orders are process accurately with correct item, price and delivery address.Gain knowledge of product range, customer base with relevant departments and pricing structure.Monitor Customer service emails and resolve issue/query on timely manner.Answer incoming communications from both internal & external customers.
Conduct research to provide answers for customer to fulfil requirements and resolve queries.Book freight pick-up on portal for time sensitive and overnight delivery.Reconcile monthly Consignment & Boot stock, work with sales team to ensure no discrepancy & stock write-off.Inventory transfer for Bill & Replace order, new Consignment & Boot Stock within SAP bin locations.Raise RGA and Customer Purchase return request for approval and coordinate with team for prompt resolution.Skill & ExperienceExperience with SAP & or similar ERP software is essential for order processing and running reports.
Previous experience in medical devices industry in preferred.Gain knowledge of product range, pricing structure and Tender obligationStrong knowledge of MS Excel.Proficient in written and verbal communicationAttributesTrustworthyAttention to detailCan work with minimum supervision and being part of team.Valuable time managementThe candidate will be based at our Chipping Norton warehouse in Sydney.
