About the role

Due to a growing portfolio of work, they are now looking for a commercial, senior legal counsel. This is a highly visible role where you will partner closely with the business across the full project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include
Advising on procurement strategies and tender submissions
Drafting, negotiating and advising on major construction contracts
Providing front-end legal support across infrastructure projects
Supporting project delivery teams through contract administration matters




Partnering with senior operational stakeholders to achieve commercial outcomes
Assisting with precedent development and continuous improvement initiatives across the legal function

About you

This role will suit someone who is looking for a proactive, commercially focussed role where they can make a genuine contribution, be strategic and impacful.

The successful individual will possess:
Minimum of 7 years PQE
Robust front-end construction experience
Commercial and strategic acumen which you’ve used to influence and deliver results
Proactive, solution focussed and pragmatic mindset
