We are seeking an experienced, polished and confident Restaurant Host / Floor Supervisor to join our leadership team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional who takes pride in delivering world‐class guest experiences and leading a high‐performing front‐of‐house team.
About the Role As the face of Tokyo Samba, you'll be responsible for ensuring every guest receives exceptional service from the moment they arrive until they leave.
Working alongside management, you'll oversee service standards, coordinate the floor and lead the team to deliver an outstanding dining experience every shift.
Key Responsibilities Welcome and seat guests with warmth, professionalism and confidence.
Manage reservations and optimise table allocations.
Supervise and support the front‐of‐house team throughout service.
Maintain exceptional service standards and attention to detail.
Resolve guest enquiries and service issues professionally.
Train, coach and develop front‐of‐house staff.
Liaise closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service.
Assist with opening,



closing and daily operational procedures.
Lead by example while fostering a positive and professional team culture.
About You To be considered for this position you MUST have: A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a recognised fine dining restaurant in a Host, Supervisor or senior Front of House role.
A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and guest service.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership experience in a fast‐paced restaurant environment.
Excellent organisational and problem‐solving abilities.
High attention to detail and immaculate personal presentation.
Experience with reservation systems such as SevenRooms, OpenTable or similar (preferred).
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Full Australian working rights.
