You'll play a key role in coordinating technicians, managing service schedules, and ensuring customers receive a seamless experience from start to finish.Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:Scheduling and coordinating daily service jobs for field techniciansManaging customer bookings and communicating appointment updatesPrioritising service requests to maximise efficiency and response timesPreparing and maintaining work orders,



service reports and customer recordsLiaising with the parts team to ensure technicians have everything required for scheduled workProviding administrative support to the service teamFollowing up with customers to ensure a high level of service satisfactionWorking closely with internal stakeholders to keep service operations running smoothlyTo be successful in this role, you'll have:Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Scheduler or Administration roleExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong customer service and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and excellent time managementConfidence using Microsoft Office and service management or scheduling softwareExperience within a technical, engineering, trades or industrial environment will be highly regarded, however it is not essentialWhat's on Offer$70k plus superJoin a stable and growing organisationSupportive and collaborative team environmentFull-time permanent opportunityConvenient Maddington location with onsite parking
