You will confirm guest requirements, arrange pre-payments, and support the Conferencing & Groups team with rooming lists and special requests.Structured training and buddy support help you handle enquiries independently.
The role is 38 hours per week with a 7-day rotating roster, including weekend shifts on a beautiful beachside resort.
