Unique Health Products is on the lookout for a hands‐on, organised Warehouse Equipment Maintenance Coordinator to join our team on a 12‐month contract, as we settle into our purpose‐built facility in Aura (Caloundra)!

As Australia's leading distributor of natural, organic, and eco‐friendly health products, we have a strong appetite to excel.About the RoleThis newly created role, is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and hands‐on Warehouse Equipment Maintenance Coordinator to help maintain a brand recent picking and dispatch warehouse automation system.

Ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of all warehouse equipmentMaintenance & preventative works on our picking and dispatch automation systemMinimising equipment downtime and operational disruptionMaintaining WH&S; compliance in collaboration with the Head of People, Culture and Safety, including routine testingManaging relationships with contractors,



service providers and third partiesSupporting external technicians with specialised or warranty repairsSourcing and rebuilding parts; maintaining spare parts inventory and maintenance logsPerforming scheduled inspections and servicing on equipmentDiagnosing mechanical and electrical faults and assisting with troubleshooting breakdownsSupporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performanceAligning maintenance activities with warehouse operational needsEnsuring all maintenance tasks are completed and accurately recordedSafe operation of company equipment and forkliftsAssisting other warehouse departments as directed by the Head of Supply ChainSkills and ExperienceTo thrive in this role, you'll bring:Demonstrated experience in equipment maintenance, mechanical or electrical trades, or a similar technical roleA mind for problem solvingStrong understanding of WH&S; requirements in a warehouse environmentExperience with preventative maintenance scheduling and record‐keepingAbility to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faultsProwess in systems — comfortable navigating warehouse automation software, control systems and digital maintenance, with the confidence to pick up new systems quicklyA current forklift licence (desirable but not essential)Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple maintenance prioritiesConfident communicator; able to liaise with contractors, suppliers and internal teams in a calm, professional and respectful mannerA collaborative team playerProficiency in maintaining logs, registers and digital maintenance recordsAt Unique, you're not just appreciated for the work you do, we offer:Generous staff discounts across our entire product rangeAn upbeat, efficient, inclusive, and friendly workplace that genuinely lives its company valuesTraining, development and mentoring support with career growth opportunitiesA brand-new, purpose‐built facility to call home
