The Role
We're looking for multiple detail-oriented Compliance Officer's to join our Operations team.
This role plays a vital part in ensuring suppliers meet the standards required to deliver safe, high-quality, government-funded aged care services.
You'll help safeguard client wellbeing by verifying supplier documentation, maintaining accurate compliance records, and supporting suppliers to meet their obligations.

What You'll Do
Conduct compliance checks on supplier documentation, credentials, and registrationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records to support payment processesCommunicate with suppliers to collect documentation and provide guidance on requirementsBuild positive relationships with suppliers to encourage ongoing adherence to standardsCollaborate with internal teams, including Business Development and Quality, to resolve issuesAssist with investigations of incidents and complaints, gathering evidence and supporting corrective actionsContribute to continuous improvement of compliance workflows and processesLeverage technology and AI tools to improve efficiency, reporting, and data management
What You'll Bring
Experience in administration, compliance, or customer service,



with strong document management skillsFamiliarity with compliance processes or checklist-based work (desirable)Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keepingExcellent organisational and time-management skillsClear, professional communication skills across phone, email, and online meetingsProficiency with Microsoft 365; CRM knowledge (Zoho advantageous)Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external suppliersWillingness to use AI tools to streamline workflows and reportingKnowledge of aged care, Home Care Packages, or NDIS (valued but not essential)
