Reporting directly to the Development Manager, you will be responsible for:Building and maintaining relationships with customers across health, aged care, disability, education and community sectorsManaging a portfolio of small to medium-sized customers, delivering high-quality virtual account supportIdentifying customer needs and recommend tailored training, consultancy, auditing and business solutionsSupporting achievement of fee-for-service revenue targets and funded program KPIsPreparing and managing customer quotes, proposals and marketing communicationsMaintaining accurate customer records and interactions using CRM and other business systemsCollaborating with the Business Solutions Consultant to deliver responsive, high-quality customer service and solutionsContributing to business growth by identifying opportunities, sharing industry knowledge and promoting Dementia Australia services and productsWhat is in it for you?
Salary benefits: We offer all employees the opportunity to salary package up to $15,900 each year for living expenses and up to $2,650 each year for meal and entertainment benefits.Leave allowances: In addition to your annual leave allowance, we offer one day of paid birthday or day of significance leave, paid days off during our end of year closure period (if these fall within your regular workdays), enhanced personal leave and extended parental leave for all parents.
