and pneumatic systems.Complete scheduled maintenance activities in line with maintenance plans and site requirements.Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and commissioning of new machinery.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to achieve operational targets.Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders through the site's maintenance management system.Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with workplace health and safety policies and food manufacturing standards.The CandidateTrade qualified Mechanical Fitter (Certificate III Engineering – Mechanical Trade or equivalent) or currently seeking an apprenticeship prospect to commence a career in Mechanical Fitting.Previous experience within food manufacturing, FMCG, processing, packaging, or industrial manufacturing environments.Strong mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting capability.Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, pumps, and rotating equipment.Ability to work independently and within a team environment.Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.What's On OfferPermanent full-time employment.Competitive hourly rates plus shift penalties.Regular overtime opportunities.Ongoing training and career development.Stable employment with a growing and reputable manufacturer.Supportive team culture and modern maintenance environment.
