The Chance
Working within our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality assessment, treatment and ongoing management to a diverse client base across a range of funding streams, including:
Private clients
NDIS
Medicare
WorkCover
Aged Care
You will work collaboratively with other allied health professionals to develop tailored treatment plans that support meaningful outcomes for every client.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive discipline-specific assessments.




Develop and implement evidence-based treatment and management plans.
Deliver high-quality therapy services across a diverse caseload.
Maintain accurate clinical notes, reports and funding documentation.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
Build positive relationships with clients, families, referrers and stakeholders.
Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
A Bachelor's degree or higher in your relevant allied health discipline.
Current AHPRA registration or accreditation with the relevant professional association.
Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Current Working with Children Check.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
Full Australian working rights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A client-centred approach and genuine passion for improving health outcomes.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Desirable
Experience working within private practice, community health or NDIS settings.
Experience managing clients across multiple funding schemes.
Strong report writing and documentation skills.
Experience using allied health practice management software such as Cliniko or similar.
