Ltd., operating Domino's Pizza Epping, is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead the full operations of our franchise location.
Our Epping store has recently reopened following a period of renovation and refurbishment and we are looking for a strong leader to establish and drive the store's return to full operational performance.
This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Franchise Owner.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesOrganise and control all daily store operations across all shifts, including opening and closing procedures, food preparation, and order fulfilmentRecruit, train, roster, and performance-manage a team of ***** staff members including delivery driversPrepare weekly rosters and manage workforce planning to optimise labour costsDetermine stock levels and product mix; manage supplier orders and inventory recordsConduct regular stocktakes and minimise food waste to protect profit marginsMonitor and manage daily financial performance including cash reconciliation, labour cost %,



and cost of goods sold; report to the Franchise OwnerImplement Domino's national marketing campaigns and local promotional activitiesAct as the primary escalation point for customer complaints and service issuesEnsure full compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) obligations and food safety legislationDrive consistent sales growth and maintain high customer satisfaction outcomes following store reopeningRequired Qualifications and ExperiencePrior experience working within a Domino's Pizza franchise environmentMinimum 3 years' experience in a retail, food service, or hospitality management roleDemonstrated experience managing a team of 10 or more staff in a fast-paced environmentStrong financial literacy including labour cost, food cost, and cash reconciliationSound knowledge of food safety standards and WHS obligations in a food service settingExcellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skillsCurrent Food Safety Supervisor CertificateMinimum 2 years Australian work experience in a management roleExperience in a quick service restaurant or franchise environmentDesirableDesirablePrior experience as Store Manager in a QSR or Domino's franchise environmentQualification in business or management (Certificate IV / Diploma level)Experience managing a store reopening or current store launch
