It requires compassion, connection, knowledge, and capability, promoting active participation in residents' health and well-being.For further details regarding the scope of the role, please refer to the position description.About youCertificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Certificate III in Aged Care.Experience as a Personal Carer and the ability to work without direct supervision.Good communication skills and the ability to manage your time well.A good understanding of how to support residents living with dementia.An understanding of the Aged Care Standards as they apply to this role.A Senior First Aid Certificate and an understanding of AN-ACC are desirable.
