You will accurately record incoming and outgoing loads, verify documentation, interact with drivers and customers, and ensure all site procedures, safety standards and environmental requirements are followed.Full training will be provided for the right person, making this a great opportunity for someone with strong administration,
customer service or logistics experience looking to step into a new role.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately weigh incoming and outgoing vehicles carrying recyclable materialsRecord load details and maintain accurate documentationVerify customer and transport paperworkComplete basic data entry and computer-based administration tasksCommunicate professionally with drivers, customers and site personnelEnsure compliance with site safety, environmental and operational proceduresSupport efficient site operations and traffic flowAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Strong communication and customer service skillsMust be availble to work a rotating roster between the hours of 6am and 6pmGood attention to detail and accuracy with data entryBasic computer skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA reliable and safety-focused approach to workPrevious experience in administration, logistics, transport, gatehouse or weighbridge operations is advantageous but not essentialIf you are reliable, organised and enjoy working in a hands-on operational workplace, this is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work with the potential for permanency.
