Key Responsibilities
Assist the Night Manager with end‑of‑day auditing and balancing for all hotel outlets.
Ensure the highest standard of guest service during check‑in, check‑out, and throughout their stay.
Accurately manage guest accounts, reservations, and billing using Opera Cloud.
Maintain communication with all departments, handling guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
Operate the switchboard, manage wake‑up calls, and ensure proper message delivery.
Reconcile daily transactions including credit cards and F&B; outlet reports.
Prepare reports and express check‑out envelopes for the next day’s operations.
Promote hotel facilities and upsell services to enhance guest experiences.
Adhere strictly to security protocols, ensuring guest confidentiality and hotel safety.
Maintain a tidy, well‑stocked front desk and complete nightly checklists and reports.
Qualifications
Previous hospitality experience with robust customer service skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software (preferably Opera Cloud) and Microsoft Office.
Robust numerical skills with the ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
