Counterbalance Drivers and Labourers ) – Inner Suburbs, Melbourne, Australia

We’re looking for experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join our team at a leading transport, warehousing, rail and logistics solutions provider. This role works Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm with potential overtime during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities
Protected and efficient operation of a counterbalance forklift
Loading and unloading trucks and containers
Container unpacking (manual and forklift-assisted)
Transporting goods across the yard and warehouse
Assisting with general warehouse and logistics tasks
Conducting pre-start checks and reporting maintenance issues
Maintaining a clean, organized, and secure work environment

Requirements




Minimum 2 years experience operating a forklift
Minimum 2 years experience in container unloading
Solid understanding of workplace health and safety practices
Ability to work in a rapid-paced logistics setting
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
