Job Description

As a Fabricator, you will play a key role in producing high-quality aluminium window and door systems. Your responsibilities will include:
Assembly and Fabrication: Working with aluminium profiles to assemble commercial and residential window and door products
Reading and Interpreting Plans: Accurately understanding technical drawings, measurements, and specifications
Glazing and Sealing: Installing glass, fitting seals, and ensuring a high standard of finish
Quality Control: Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets Australian standards and company expectations
Use of Tools: Operating a range of hand and power tools, including drills, riveters, and grinders
Team Collaboration: Working closely with the production team to meet deadlines and targets

Our Hervey Bay Windows & Doors branch specialises in the fabrication and supply of high-quality aluminium window and door systems for both commercial and residential projects.



We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Fabricator to join our team in a full‑time, ongoing capacity. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Previous experience in aluminium window and door fabrication
Robust work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork
A current manual driver's licence and reliable transport
