We are seeking an experienced Service Receptionist to join the team at Windsor Toyota.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.
Based in our Windsor, NSW location, this role is a crucial point of contact for our customers as they bring their vehicles in for servicing and maintenance.What you'll be doingGreeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional mannerEfficiently processing customer service requests and bookingsLiaising with the service team to ensure customer queries are addressed in a timely mannerProviding customers with transparent updates on the status of their vehicle repairsOperating the switchboard and directing calls to the appropriate departmentMaintaining a neat and organised reception areaCompleting general administrative tasks as requiredWhat we're looking forMinimum 1-2 years experience in a similar customer service or reception roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent time management and multitasking abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) softwareA friendly, professional and customer-focused approachKnowledge of the automotive industry or a genuine interest in cars would be highly regardedWhat we offerAt Windsor Toyota, we pride ourselves on creating a positive and supportive work workplace for our employees.
