JLegal is seeking an experienced Corporate/M&A; lawyer to lead end-to-end transactions in a rapid-moving environment in Australia.
You will drive deal execution from structuring through to completion and play a pivotal role in governance and post-deal integration.You'll report to the General Counsel and work with the executive leadership team, owning the deal flow and advising on complex corporate matters with a commercial, pragmatic approach.
