In this key leadership role, your knowledge of transport operations will be vital in upholding high safety standards, ensuring fleet efficiency, and delivering optimal outcomes for our clients.
You'll lead a dedicated team of drivers, build and sustain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, and apply sound financial acumen to manage operational costs and drive continuous improvement.What you'll do:Ensure timely and accurate scheduling and allocation of daily fleet operationsMaintain excellent working relationships with all stakeholders, customers, and driversCommunicate effectively with drivers and customers regarding planning, runs, and delaysConduct proactive assessments to identify opportunities for operational efficiencyManage and monitor payroll, driver's performance, leave entitlements,
