What We're Looking For:
We seek an experienced Case Management professional with a deep understanding Employment Programs.
Key Qualifications:
Ability to build solid, trusting relationships through coaching, mentoring and effective case management
Skilled in monitoring progress, improving performance and proactively meeting program KPIs
Experience supporting job seekers, identifying training needs and delivering tailored guidance
Proven track record in lead generation and securing meaningful employment outcomes
Strong analytical skills to match job requirements with personalised support plans
Confident group facilitator who creates engaging and supportive learning environments
Collaborative communicator who works well with leaders and team members
Highly organised with accurate,



timely administrative and reporting skills
Proficient with computer systems and technology
Naturally connects with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
About You
You hold a current C Class Driver's Licence and a valid Blue Card (or can obtain one quickly)
Have a current police check (or willing to undertake one)
You bring strong cultural understanding and work respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
You communicate with clarity, empathy and confidence, building rapport with diverse participants
You collaborate easily with others and contribute positively to a culturally safe, supportive team
