Blackrock Industries Pty Ltd – Muswellbrook Area, NSWBlackrock Industries is seeking experienced CHPP Mechanical Maintainers to join our team for work at a major site in the Muswellbrook area.We are looking for experienced tradespeople who take pride in delivering quality work, have a robust commitment to safety and enjoy working within a professional maintenance team.About the RoleAs a CHPP Mechanical Maintainer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of plant and equipment through routine, preventative and breakdown maintenance activities.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct routine, planned and breakdown maintenance activities.Complete allocated preventative maintenance tasks and inspections.Respond promptly to maintenance issues to minimise plant downtime and ensure production targets are met.Diagnose faults and complete mechanical repairs on CHPP plant and equipment.Complete maintenance documentation accurately and on time.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including production, reliability and safety improvements.Work collaboratively with operations, maintenance and site personnel.Maintain a strong commitment to safety,



quality and environmental requirements.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Mechanical trade qualification (Fitter or Boilermaker).
Proven experience working in a CHPP, mining operation or similar heavy industrial environment.Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.A proactive approach with the ability to work effectively under pressure.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team.Relevant High Risk Work Licences are highly regarded.Sound computer literacy.Experience using SAP or a similar maintenance management system is highly regarded.Previous experience supervising maintenance activities or assisting with planning is highly regarded.A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and regular(add) drug and alcohol screening.What We OfferCompetitive hourly rates.Work at a major CHPP site in the Muswellbrook area.Weekly pay.PPE provided (where applicable).
