Early Childhood Teacher / Educational Leader (Full-Time)Warilla Baptist Preschool is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early ChildhoodTeacher / Educational Leader to join our warm, community-focused preschool on afull-time basis.We are a not-for-profit preschool committed to providing high-quality early childhoodeducation in a nurturing, inclusive and play-based environment where every child isvalued, respected and supported to thrive.As our Early Childhood Teacher and Educational Leader, you will play a key role inleading our educational program, mentoring educators and inspiring a culture ofcontinuous improvement while fostering meaningful relationships with children,families and the wider community.About the RoleLead the planning, implementation and evaluation of a high-quality educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.Fulfil the role of Educational Leader, supporting and mentoring educators to reflect on and enhance their practice.Foster warm, respectful and responsive relationships with children and families.Create engaging learning environments that promote children's wellbeing, learning and development.Work collaboratively with the Nominated Supervisor and team to achieve quality outcomes and continuous improvement.Contribute to the ongoing development of the Preschool's Self-Assessment and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
About YouAn ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification.Current NESA accreditation (or eligibility).




Current NSW Working with Children Check.Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
