This role involves implementing allied health programs designed by our team of physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
You will support clients to achieve their goals for health and wellbeing and to remain independent.
This will involve facilitation and delivery of in home sessions as well as group programs.Day To Day This Role Looks LikeProviding service delivery as per clients care plan within relevant Model of Care including Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and other disciplinesFacilitating and supporting in home and/or group activities & programmes,



eg- health and wellness exercise programManaging time effectively to ensure all services are delivered as outlinedSupporting client goals through intervention outlined in Care PlanDeveloping & maintaining client motivation to live their best lifeFollowing the client's lead to identify opportunities to further enhance quality of life and choicesCapturing feedback from clients and reporting on progress towards client set goalsTo be successful in this role you'll needCertificate 4 Allied Health Assistance or 2 years of study in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy Experience as an Allied Health Assistant desirable (but not essential) Previous experience working in aged or community services sector Ability to problem solve & offer solutions A passion for improving client's health, wellbeing and independence and an interest in exercise and health programs.
