Our client is a well-established Sydney architecture practice recognised for delivering thoughtful, design‐led projects across the multi residential, mixed use, commercial and hospitality sectors.
With an excellent reputation for design quality, technical delivery and collaborative project outcomes, the practice continues to build on its solid presence within the industry.
Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of work, the studio is looking to appoint an Associate to join its leadership team.
This is an opportunity to become more than just a project lead.
You'll work closely with senior leadership, influence project outcomes, mentor emerging architects and play an important role in the continued growth and success of the practice.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This role is suited to an experienced architect who enjoys balancing leadership with hands‐on project involvement.
You'll lead the delivery of complex multi residential projects while managing a team of approximately 4–5 people, building strong client relationships and contributing to a collaborative studio culture.
YOUR responsibilities will include:
Leading projects from design development through to constructionManaging and mentoring a team of approximately 4–5 architects and graduatesBuilding strong relationships with clients,
consultants and stakeholdersOverseeing project programmes, consultant coordination and technical deliveryMaintaining a high standard of design quality and documentationWorking closely with senior leadership to support project delivery and the ongoing success of the studio
YOU WILL BRING
Minimum 10 years' architectural experienceStrong Australian multi residential project experienceProven experience leading projects through documentation and constructionPrevious experience managing or mentoring a project teamExcellent consultant coordination and client management skillsStrong understanding of the NCC and Australian StandardsProficiency in Revit or ArchiCADArchitectural Registration is highly regardedExcellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
