Process Worker - Retail & Wholesale ButcheryWe are seeking a reliable and motivated Process Worker to join our production team.This hands-on role involves producing, packing and labelling a variety of food products while maintaining high standards of quality, food safety and cleanliness.
You'll work closely with the team to complete daily production efficiently and on time.Key responsibilitiesOperate food-processing equipment, including labelers, vacuum sealers, ovens, cook tanks and mixers, etc.Prepare products such as crumbed items, ready meals, pies and other value-added foods.Pack products into trays or bags and apply labels accurately.Follow product specifications, recipes and production procedures.Record batch codes and other processing information for traceability.Follow food-safety, workplace-safety and hygiene requirements.Wear the required personal protective equipment at all times.Minimise waste by handling ingredients,



products and packaging carefully.Complete cleaning and sanitation duties as required.Assist with customer service when trained and required.About youThe successful applicant will:Be reliable, punctual and ready for hands-on work.Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.Have strong attention to detail, particularly with packing and labelling.Be committed to food safety, workplace safety and cleanliness.Be comfortable operating machinery after training.Be able to follow recipes, specifications and instructions accurately.Take pride in producing high-quality products.Have experience in food production, meat processing, manufacturing or a similar setting preferred but not essential.
