About the Role
This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:
Welcoming and caring for patients from the moment they arrive
Managing appointments and phone enquiries
Coordinating treatment schedules and recalls
Processing payments and health fund claims
Chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures
Instrument reprocessing and infection control
Maintaining surgery presentation and stock levels
Supporting the team to deliver an exceptional patient experience
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced as a Dental Receptionist,



Dental Assistant, or in a similar healthcare role
Friendly, professional and confident communicating with patients
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Able to multitask in a busy environment
A genuine team player with a positive attitude
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
Experience as a Dental Receptionist or Dental Assistant is preferred.
We also welcome applications from experienced medical receptionists and customer service professionals with a genuine interest in dentistry.
Experience with dental software is highly regarded, but we're happy to provide training for the right person.
