Forsight Australia is seeking enthusiastic Active Support Workers (ASW) for part time roles at the Palms and Wattle homes in Blacktown.
The role focuses on supporting clients to increase independence, inclusion and wellbeing through a person-centred approach.Successful candidates will have a Cert III in Disability (or be studying) or at least 6 months in a similar role, plus First Aid/CPR, a valid driver's licence and NDIS Worker Screening.
